Automatic Zone Detection
No more manually entering your FTP or guessing your zones. Our new algorithm analyzes your recent activities to automatically detect and update your power zones. As your fitness changes, so do your zones—keeping your training data accurate and actionable.
Dynamic Thresholds
Training zones aren't static, and neither should your analysis be. Our dynamic threshold system accounts for fatigue, recovery, and seasonal variations to give you a more accurate picture of where you actually are in your training.
The new zone analysis feels like having a coach looking over my shoulder. It just knows when I'm tired and adjusts accordingly.
What's Next
This is just the beginning. We're already working on heart rate zone integration and a unified training load model that combines power, heart rate, and perceived exertion for an even more complete picture of your training.
