Your Health, at a Glance

Understanding how your body responds to training is the key to long-term progress. The new Health Overview gives you a clear picture of your fatigue, training load and HRV, helping you take control of your recovery and performance.

AI-Driven Training, Wherever You Are

Your AI assistant is now built into the app. You can change workouts, adjust plans or create new ones in seconds. Ask it for a weekly overview, explore insights from your last ride or get tailored recommendations to stay on track with your goals.

Complete Ride Data

All your favourite core features – Segments, Descents, Corners and Laps – are now native on iOS. You can also dig into post-ride analytics with detailed views of power, altitude, heart rate and W' balance, giving you the same depth of data you’re used to on desktop.

Train with Purpose

Set your events and priorities directly in the app. Mark your A, B or C races, and even include your Zwift or Rouvy events. Stride will automatically adjust your plan so you’re ready to perform when it matters most.
