Integrations
Stride connects to your devices, apps and services so your training data flows in automatically.
Core integrations#
You need at least one core integration to get activity data into Stride. Connect from the Integrations page under Account.
- Garmin Connect – activities, workouts and health metrics. Make sure you grant the historical data export permission when connecting so Stride can import your past rides and runs.
- Wahoo – activities and workouts. Zwift data recorded through Wahoo is also accessible.
- Hammerhead (Karoo) – activities and workouts from Karoo devices.
- Zwift – activities and workouts from virtual rides and runs. Imports up to a year of history when you connect, and Stride sends your structured cycling and running workouts straight to Zwift.
- Rouvy – two-way integration for structured workouts and completed activities. Stride pushes scheduled workouts to Rouvy, and completed Rouvy activities sync back into Stride.
- Polar – activities and health metrics from Polar devices.
- COROS – activities, structured workouts and overnight health data from COROS watches and bike computers. Cycling and running workouts are sent to your COROS training plan, and the last three months of history come across when you connect.
Health integrations#
These services provide recovery and wellness data that Stride uses alongside your training metrics.
- Whoop – HRV and recovery scores.
- Oura Ring – sleep, readiness and daily activity data.
- COROS – overnight HRV, resting heart rate, recovery and sleep. COROS does not push this data, so Stride checks for it every half hour rather than receiving it the moment your watch syncs.
