Coach Dashboard

The Coach Dashboard gives you a real-time overview of every athlete on your team. It surfaces training compliance, fatigue trends, and AI-powered insights so you can focus your attention where it matters most.

Accessing the Dashboard#

Once you have created a team and athletes have joined, select your team from the team picker in the sidebar. This opens the Coach Dashboard, showing all athletes at a glance.

You can:

  • Switch between teams if you manage more than one
  • Click an individual athlete to view their data in detail

Athlete Cards#

Each athlete appears as a card with key metrics:

  • Load – Current training load with a trend indicator showing whether it is rising or falling
  • Fatigue – Colour-coded to highlight risk:
  • Green: fresh, above -10
  • Amber: moderate, -10 to -25
  • Red: high fatigue, below -25
  • Training Score/week – Total weekly training score
  • Compliance – Percentage of planned workouts completed

Secondary metrics are also displayed:

  • Weekly hours – Total training time this week
  • Average RPE – Average rate of perceived exertion across recent sessions
  • W' or HRV – Anaerobic capacity (W') or heart rate variability, depending on the athlete's data
  • Weight or running pace – Latest body weight or threshold pace

A colour-coded weekly bar shows each day's training at a glance:

  • Green – full compliance
  • Amber – partial compliance
  • Red – missed workouts
  • Grey – unplanned activities

Click any athlete card to switch into their view and explore their calendar, activities, and plans in full.

AI Coach Insights#

The dashboard automatically generates prioritised insights to help you act quickly.

Urgent#

  • Low compliance – Flagged when an athlete completes fewer than 70% of planned workouts with at least 3 scheduled.
