Connecting Your Devices
All integrations are managed from Account > Integrations on the web or the iOS app. Choose the service you want to connect and follow the authorisation steps.
Bike computers and watches#
Connect your bike computer or watch so every ride, run, and workout lands in Stride automatically.
Garmin#
- Syncs activities, heart rate, power, and other sensor data
- Push structured workouts and training plans to your device
- Tick the "historical data" option during setup to import your past activities
- If you also wear a Garmin watch, HRV and recovery data will sync automatically
Wahoo#
- Syncs activities and sensor data
- Push structured workouts to your ELEMNT
Hammerhead#
- Syncs activities and sensor data
- Push structured workouts to your Karoo
Indoor training platforms#
Zwift#
- Syncs your activities and virtual rides automatically, and imports up to one year of past history when you connect
- Pushes structured workouts from Stride to Zwift — scheduled workouts appear in your Zwift workout list ready to ride
Rouvy#
- Syncs activities automatically
Recovery and HRV#
Connect your recovery tools so Stride can factor readiness into your training insights.
Whoop#
- Syncs HRV, recovery score, and strain data
Oura#
- Syncs HRV and readiness metrics
Polar#
- Syncs heart rate and HRV data from compatible devices
Activity names and routes#
Strava#
- Syncs activity names only
- Strava does not share detailed activity data like power, heart rate, or GPS files. Connect your device directly (Garmin, Wahoo, etc.) for full metrics
- Also imports your Strava routes for course planning
Pro tip
You can connect multiple integrations at the same time. For example, connect Garmin for full activity data and Strava for activity names and routes.
