Stride is a training platform for cyclists, runners, and multisport athletes. It combines your activity data, structured training, and an AI assistant to help you train smarter and track your progress over time.

What Stride does#
Track and analyse your training#
Every activity you record is automatically analysed. Stride calculates your Training Score, tracks your fitness and fatigue over time, and builds your power and heart rate curves so you can see where you're improving.
Train with an AI assistant#
Tell the AI your goals, events, and schedule. It builds a personalised training plan that adapts as your fitness and life change. You can ask it to adjust sessions, generate workouts, or plan around time off, just like chatting with a coach.
Follow structured plans and workouts#
Browse plans built by coaches or create your own. Build custom workouts with power, heart rate, or pace targets, then send them straight to your Garmin, Wahoo, Hammerhead, or Zwift.
Collaborate with teams#
Create or join a team to train alongside others. Coaches can view athlete dashboards, assign plans, and track progress across the group.
