Sharing an Activity

Turn any completed activity into an image to post or send, from the Stride app on iPhone or Android.

1. Open the activity and tap the … menu.
2. Tap Share activity.
3. Under Design, choose a typeface, a layout (Editorial, Index or Focus), a palette and a format: Story, Portrait or Square. You can make the background transparent to lay the card over your own photo.
4. Under Content, choose what appears: the title and date, the route shape (coloured by speed, wind or elevation, with an elevation profile if you like), up to six stats such as distance, moving time, elevation gain, pace or speed, power, Training Score, work and heart rate, and an excerpt from the activity's AI insight.
5. Tap Save image to keep it, or Share image to send it straight to another app.

Sharing is available for completed activities, in the apps only.
